LIGA BBVA PREVIEW

With all pre-season preparation and friendlies coming to an end and preparation towards the new season taking place, we take a look at what happened last season, what is happening this summer and what might happen this season.
Liga BBVA is officially the best league in the world and it has being shown many at times, and as the new season set to kick off, you cannot expect anything less.
2012/2013 was a historic season for fc Barcelona winning the league with record points 100 and a difference of 15 points from the team below which is Real Madrid.
Real Madrid on the other hand had one of the worst seasons ever, starting as defending champions and ending with nothing.
The best performers of last season apart from the top two were Atletico Madrid and real Sociedad as well as Rayo Vallecano.
It might have not been a good season for Sevilla,Valencia and Bilbao but with things shaping up for most of the top teams you should expect a fierce battle for champions league spots.
La liga may be seen as a two horse race to many people around the world, but the truth is no team in the world can battle Real Madrid and Barcelona. many coaches and soccer pundits clarified this on several occasion.
We take a look at the preparation of the clasico clubs (Real Madrid and F C Barcelona)

             PREPARATION TO DEFEND THE TITLE
Fc Barcelona enter this season as the defending champions and as we know, this team never stops winning, the hunger, energy and passion for success is in their blood. They approach this season with few but significant changes in the team, Replacing Tito Vilanova with Gerardo Martino was perhaps one of the major changes to have happened.

Neymar Jr and G. Tata Martino

                                                       DEPARTURES

The changes may be few but very significant, even though they look set and prepared for the season, they are in the market for a defender, one major problem they faced last season, conceding 40 goals in the league.

Expect nothing less than quality from the fc Barcelona this season.

                              PREPARATION TO RECLAIM THE TITLE

After losing out on the league title and Copa del rey to their two fierce rivals you should expect the capital club to bounce back.
Real Madrid are among the Spanish teams who have been active this summer spending over 60million euros on transfers.
The major talking point being replacing Jose Mourinho with Carlo Ancelotti. the experienced manager has won almost everything in club football.
